And since you are in the neighbourhood please check Matéria Prima (Records and Bookshop) and a few more steps and you arrive at Rua Miguel Bombarda known as Oporto’s Art District. Around this street are concentrated most of the art galleries and a nice offer of concept stores.

You should definitely save one day for Casa da Música and Serralves. These two masterpieces of contemporary culture deserve a longer visit and Serralves gardens are a must during sunny afternoons.
